Supervisor - QLD

We are currently recruiting for one of Australia’s leading insurance builders, delivering residential and commercial reinstatement projects across the country. Due to continued growth in Brisbane, we are seeking Supervisors to join our established and high-performing team.

If you're an experienced carpenter, trade-qualified professional, leading hand or tradesperson ready to step completely off the tools and into a leadership role — this is your opportunity.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, off-the-tools supervisory position overseeing insurance reinstatement and restoration projects across residential and light commercial sites.

You will be responsible for coordinating trades, liaising with insurers and homeowners, ensuring quality outcomes, and delivering projects safely, on time and on budget.

We are open to:

• Experienced Supervisors (QBCC Licence preferred)
• Trade-qualified Carpenters or Tradespeople ready to step into supervision
• Leading Hands or Forepersons looking to progress
• Junior Supervisors wanting structured development

We are not seeking completely inexperienced candidates — a solid trade background and strong construction knowledge is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple insurance building projects from assessment to completion
• Coordinating and supervising subcontract trades
• Liaising with clients, insurers and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance, safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving on-site issues and driving project timelines
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

This is a leadership and coordination role — no tools required.

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified background (Carpentry or related trade preferred)
• Experience managing residential or small commercial projects
• QBCC Supervisor Licence (highly regarded but not essential for junior roles)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ability to manage trades and multiple stakeholders
• White Card essential
